The Story Behind Rashad's Gift
I’m Jordan Phillips, founder of Rashad’s Gift Inc. and proud cousin to Rashad — a beautifully non-verbal autistic individual who inspires me every day.
Rashad’s Gift Inc. was born from a simple truth: every mind is a gift. We created this organization to embrace, celebrate, and uplift neurodiverse and disabled communities, ensuring that no one ever feels left out or alone.
While autism is where our mission begins, inclusion is our lasting promise. Whether you’re a family member, educator, advocate, or simply someone who believes in compassion, you have a place here.
We don’t just raise awareness — we raise community, together.
